A very good friend of mine will be running in the “Run to the Beat” 2009 London Music Half Marathon, this Sunday 27th September.
This is the second time this 13 mile long run, has been organised, after a hugely successful start in 2008 by Sony Ericsson.
My friend, Kunaal Makwana, will be running, in an effort to raise money for one of the many charities he so passionately supports. He has chosen Bowel Cancer UK for this half-marathon.
He has dedicate the last 8 months of his time training for this event, as he builds up to run a full marathon in 2010.
Let us all wish him the best of luck in his first run.

Unfortunately, the timings of the event clashes.
But I wish him the best of luck, and I’m sure this run will be a good foundation and experience to gain for the full London marathon he’s running next year.
